A profitable, founder-led direct-to-consumer (DTC) health products company is looking for a Chief of Staff to take ownership of operations and high-ambiguity executive projects so the founder can focus exclusively on product and growth.

The business runs two active brands at an eight-figure revenue run rate, is bootstrapped, and operates with a deliberately lean, fully remote team. There is no dedicated operations layer yet — this is the company's first senior operational hire, and the function is being built from the ground up.

Day-to-day, the role spans executive project execution, weekly supply chain coordination in Airtable, operating-system and SOP building, and Monday analytics reporting to the founder.
