Remote Claims Team Lead — Trucking Liability & Leadership

Sedgwick is looking for a Claims Team Lead for its remote operations in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will supervise multiple teams of examiners and ensure efficient claims processing while maintaining high standards of service. You will also provide training and direction to colleagues and monitor claims activities for compliance and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity, along with strong communication and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
