Remote Customer Experience Specialist — Pharma Rx

Infinit-O is seeking a remote customer service representative to assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive experience. The successful candidate will document interactions and communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.

This role requires graduation from a 4-year course and at least 1 year of experience in a Pharma Rx campaign. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, at a B2 CEFR level are essential for this position.
