Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our actuarial consultant customer 100% remotely. Our customers Information Technology organization is critical to their ability to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable SaaS products to insurance, health IT, and life sciences clients. In this role, you will manage a team of software engineers while serving as the technology lead for a cross-functional Scrum team that includes quality engineers, product owners, architects, and a Scrum Master. You will balance people leadership and hands-on technical skills to ensure your team delivers high-quality software, supports it in production, and continuously improves how we build and operate our systems. You will partner closely with Product Management to maintain a technical roadmap for your product area, align delivery to business outcomes, and operate effectively within a SAFe Agile environment.
