We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant / Account Setup Specialist to support our COO and oversee new client onboarding. This hybrid role combines high-level administrative support, light team leadership, and hands-on coordination of new accounts. If you're proactive, adaptable, and thrive behind the scenes making things run smoothly, this is your opportunity.
Availability and Requirements:
- Monday–Friday , 35–40 hours/week
- At least 20 hours/week in-office (Liberty Lake, WA)
- The other 10–20 hours may be remote (with a set schedule)
