Remote-First HR & Recruitment Specialist (Americas)

RM Staffing B.V. is looking for an HR and Recruitment Specialist focused on the Americas timezone. You will manage the full hiring pipeline, ensuring we attract and onboard top talent for our operations, sales, and finance teams.

This role requires 2+ years of recruitment experience, fluency in English, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume hiring environment. You'll report weekly to the CEO and work within a remote-first, global team.

Compensation is competitive for the LATAM market, with a monthly retainer of EUR 600–800 based on experience.
