Remote Global People Communications & Change Trainee

Almirall, S.A is seeking a Global People Talent & Culture Trainee to join the Global Talent & Culture Strategy team in Barcelona. This position offers hands-on experience in initiatives focused on people communications, change management, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, manage relationships with external partners, and coordinate impactful communication strategies. A degree in a relevant field and excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
