Remote Global Talent Acquisition Lead

Ecom Operators is looking for a Full‑Time Global Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, with a strong emphasis on creatively attracting candidates for diverse roles across the company's DTC brands.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in talent acquisition, strong relationship‑building skills, and experience with digital recruitment tools. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relevant experience is required.
