Opportunity Description
E2E Alignment Healthcare USA, LLC is seeking a Remote Regional Concierge Navigator to provide outreach and support to Alignment Health members, ensuring they have access to necessary care. Your role includes member engagement, appointment scheduling, and resolution of inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate healthcare access. Experience in telemarketing is preferred, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time remote position with a pay range of $44,790.00 – $67,185.00.
