Instead of selling our proprietary technology to other firms we are competing with them by providing fast, efficient contract negotiation to high growth companies with lean legal teams. The entire process at Crosby is overseen by our elite in-house lawyers ensuring quality and efficiency.

After a significant funding round we're seeking a driven Commercial Counsel with SaaS and tech transactions experience to be an early hire for our legal team. You'll be helping to shape our A.I. tools and using them - running commercial deals for some of the fastest growing, most innovative startups in the world.

Must be admitted to the bar in the U.S.
