Opportunity Description
As a Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for customer care via the various channels of (telephone, email, and messenger). This position requires communication skills, empathy, solution-finding skills, and good planning and task management. It is essential to have fluency in Czech/Slovak. This position is unlimited and located in Warsaw .
- respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance during the purchasing process
- resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- liaise with courier companies to clarify shipment details
- collaborate with other departments within Westwing
- fluency in Czech or Slovak
- an empathetic attitude and a strong desire to help others
- excellent listening skills
- strong organisational abilities
- communicative English at a minimum B2 level
