An opportunity is available for an Associate Attorney to join a specialized product liability defense team focused on discovery. This role centers on highly technical, large-scale discovery work in automotive product liability matters, supporting national litigation strategy and execution.

This role is mostly remote - proximity to Orange County to allow for occasional in office presence when needed.

Manage and execute complex, high-volume discovery processes

Draft and respond to written discovery and objections

Conduct detailed discovery analysis and issue spotting (e.g., Support motion-to-compel efforts through analysis and strategy
