Job Title: Remote Medical Interviewer
Responsibilities
+ Conduct professional, courteous, and articulate interviews along with follow-up calls with applicants to gather necessary personal and medical information to meet or exceed standards.
+ Review documents, notes, and correspondence for additional or anecdotal information.
+ Accurately enter data related to applications into the Application Interview System (AIS) and Assistant Underwriting System (AURA) to ensure accurate processing and approval of all life insurance policy contracts.
+ Provide accurate, prompt, and professional service to all inquiries received by phone or in writing while maintaining departmental standards and time service standards.
+ Correspond effectively, using proper grammar and spelling, within the department, underwriting staff, vendors, and other departments to resolve problems, expedite business, and/or escalate for further handling.
