Remote Onboarding & Implementation Lead for Vet Software

PetDesk is looking for an Implementation Manager to assist in onboarding new clients for their veterinary communication software. This is a 100% remote position requiring fluent English and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for the entire implementation process, ensuring successful onboarding, and conducting training sessions for clients. Candidates must have stable internet connectivity and be available during North American business hours.
