Ace CPAs is looking for a candidate to manage podcast guest bookings, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality episodes. You will be responsible for sourcing guests, scheduling appearances, and managing the overall podcast process.

The ideal candidate has experience in outreach campaigns and is organized enough to manage overlapping time zones efficiently. Familiarity with podcast tools is a plus. This position is flexible, part-time or full-time based on the fit.
