As a recruitment consultant, you’ll ultimately be responsible for finding and placing great fit candidates into the right positions, with a wide range of employers. You’ll manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, including sourcing and engaging with candidates, assessing CVs, conducting & organising interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding/providing aftercare.
