The Senior Benefits Specialist – Americas supports the delivery, governance, and ongoing management of Rackspace’s benefits programs across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. This role supports a multi-country employee population within a fast-paced, global environment and combines light administrative work with significant vendor, broker, and carrier management responsibilities.
This position requires a dedicated benefits professional with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to operate within established governance frameworks. The role partners closely with Global Benefits leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of benefits strategy.
