Opportunity Description
- You will be responsible for the communication and support of various clients and their HR projects.
- Your varied activities include measures from the areas of employer branding, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, administration, compensation & benefits and personnel development.
- You will independently implement HR projects, e.G. the conception and creation of feedback and employee interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, salary benchmarks and comprehensive HR analyses.
- You optionally take over interim HR management mandates - and support our clients strategically/conceptually as well as operationally.
- You create documentation and project documents and conduct workshops and trainings.
- You lead our project team professionally and ensure that customer expectations and goals are achieved within a defined timeframe.
