The Senior IT Business Analyst will support a major strategic overhaul and consolidation of the grievances and appeals platform for a healthcare insurance organization. This role will partner closely with business, data, and engineering teams to modernize legacy systems, enable cloud-based integrations, and ensure accurate, compliant data flow across platforms. The analyst will lead requirements definition for complex backend, API, and data integration efforts, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements across cloud environments.
