Remote Sr. Product Manager - Martech Platforms

Job Summary:

The Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) Platforms will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of iHerb’s core marketing technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for leading the integration, evolution, and optimization of third-party and in-house MarTech platforms that power customer data, personalization, content, and lifecycle marketing experiences.

This role will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (e.G., Simon AI), orchestration and messaging platforms (e.G., Braze), and additional capabilities including CMS, PIM, DAM, and Language Service Providers (LSPs). The Sr. PM will also drive strategic decisions around build vs. buy, platform consolidation, and long-term architecture to support global growth and marketing innovation.
