Remote Workday Recruiting HRIS Analyst

Job Description
The HRIS Analyst performs tasks related to assuring the quality and consistency of Workday data. This role is responsible for troubleshooting errors, business process configurtaion, issue resolution, and ensuring data integrity in the Workday recruiting module.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for Workday recruiting and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate.
• Partner with HRIS team as functional and technical liaison between the Talent Acquisition and HRIS assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, configuration, end user/system testing, etc.
