This position is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the organisation's remuneration, benefits, and people analytics frameworks. The role ensures the organisation remains competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned to business strategy while providing actionable insights to support executive and people decisions

- Conduct remuneration benchmarking using AON external market data to ensure competitiveness and internal equity, compile remuneration, survey submissions and analysis of market data to provide insights and recommendations.
