**Job Title: Reno / Service Technician – SGV & Ontario**
**Job Description**
This role involves performing skilled and semi-skilled work to clean, maintain, repair, and improve the interior and exterior of residential units. You will handle a variety of tasks across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repair and installation, ensuring homes remain safe, functional, and well-presented for residents in the SGV and Ontario areas.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of the interior and exterior of residential units.
+ Complete repairs and alterations in occupied and vacant units to maintain a high standard of habitability and appearance.
+ Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, and general wood repairs.
