**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Renovation or multi-family redevelopment experience is a plus!
+ Construction or project management experience is a plus!
+ **5+ years or more years business to business (B2B) field sales experience**
+ Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM program and Salesforce CPQ or comparable online bidding tools preferred.
+ Working knowledge of Office Suite programs.
