This full-time Rental Agent role at YourRent | Rent & ride is an on‑site position based in Alicante. The Rental Agent will welcome customers, explain rental options, and guide them through the reservation and contract process for cars and other rental vehicles. Daily tasks include preparing rental agreements, checking vehicle availability, coordinating pick‑ups and returns, and ensuring that vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use. The role also involves handling payments, deposits, and documentation, resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly, and providing clear information on insurance, terms, and local driving regulations. The Rental Agent will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well‑organized office, keep accurate records, and support overall operational efficiency.
