Opportunity Description
The rental mechanic position is responsible for keeping all of our equipment clean and correctly maintained. This is a full-time position, scheduled up to 45 hours per week. Must have open availablity to work days, evenings and weekends.
Essential Functions:
+ Provides excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
+ Cleans all rental equipment.
+ Conducts repairs and maintenance on rental equipment; generates purchase orders for repairs or required maintenance.
+ Purchases small tools and any supplies needed to repair the equipment.
+ Inspects equipment on a regular basis to comply with company safety policies.
+ Assists in updating DMV registration and current insurance.
+ Checks out customers at the rental counter, including completing contracts, taking payment and instructing customer on how to use the item.
