Note: Site visit is mandatory before submitting the quotation.

• Inspect existing marble flooring and planter wall conditions at the ground floor entrance garden area.
• Remove and dispose of damaged, cracked, and discolored marble flooring from planter box areas (5 Nos).
• Prepare surface for installation, including cleaning and leveling.
• Supply and install new marble flooring for horizontal areas (approx. 55 sqm) using approved adhesive/glue.
• Prepare planter wall surfaces for tiling work.
• Supply and install tiles on planter walls (approx. 60 sqm) with proper alignment and finishing.
• Ensure proper fixing, joint filling, and finishing for both marble and tiles.
