The Repair Engineer initiates and develops new repairs on aero-engine components
The Job
Prepare and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs. Perform tooling /fixture design. Ensure compliance with OEM technical data and regulatory requirements. New machine and process qualifications Process improvements to improve process robustness, process efficiency and repair yield First Article inspection Reports Take the lead in providing technical recommendations and technical dispositions to the Production team Actively participate and support continuous improvement / Kaizen projects Multi-task other engineering-related duties as assigned. Comply with the company & health and safety rules and regulations.
