The role is crucial in ensuring that repairs are completed to a high standard, on time, and in compliance with quality, health, and safety requirements. It also focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities Line manage a team of up to 7 trade staff, including skilled, multi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
