Reporting and Digitisation Manager - Business Performance

Role Purpose/Business Unit

The Reporting and Digitisation Manager: Business Performance leads the development of integrated performance reporting, automation and digital enablement across Vodacom Business. The role enables faster, data‑driven decision‑making by delivering timely insights, reducing manual reporting, improving governance and creating clear visibility of sales, pipeline, forecast, commission, partner and overall business performance metrics.

Your responsibilities will include

• Performance Reporting: Design and deliver accurate executive dashboards and reports that provide visibility of targets, pipeline health, forecast performance, revenue KPIs and key business outcomes.
• Reporting Automation: Automate recurring reporting processes using BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik or equivalent platforms to improve reporting speed, reliability and self‑service access.
