Reports Analyst (Pooling)

We are looking for a Reports Analyst to analyze trends, ensure compliance across international jurisdictions, and provide the narrative that helps leadership understand our global financial health.

Responsibilities

• Global Financial Reporting: develop, maintain, and automate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting packages for international subsidiaries.
• Variance & Trend Analysis: perform deep‑dive analysis into international P&L accounts, identifying and explaining fluctuations in currency exchange, regional tax implications, and operational spend.
• Process Scalability: partner with stakeholders to design and implement standardized reporting workflows that support rapid global expansion.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: ensure all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements; perform regular audits of data flows between ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle) and reporting tools.
