Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial coatings, floor coatings, epoxy flooring systems, and construction materials. Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Promote the companys products and services to industrial and commercial clients. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage projects from inquiry to completion. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Client Relationship Management Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
