Opportunity Description
Develop and execute an annual L&D strategy and plan tailored to African operations. Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives. Design and deliver multilingual training programs in French, Swahili, English, and Hindi covering induction, safety, compliance, technical skills, and soft skills. Build structured training frameworks that support business growth and scalability across group companies. Lead the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs, including coaching for frontline supervisors and managers. Implement and manage LMS or e-learning platforms, ensuring digital content, dashboards, and tracking systems are maintained and optimized.
