- Develop and execute an annual L&D strategy and plan tailored to African operations.
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Design and deliver multilingual training programs in French, Swahili, English, and Hindi covering induction, safety, compliance, technical skills, and soft skills.
- Build structured training frameworks that support business growth and scalability across group companies.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs, including coaching for frontline supervisors and managers.
- Implement and manage LMS or e-learning platforms, ensuring digital content, dashboards, and tracking systems are maintained and optimized.
