Opportunity Description
Strategic HR, Gap Analysis, HR Audit, Preparation of Policies/Process Documents (Without Reliance on AI Tools), Stakeholder Management, Team Training, KRA Setting Conduct strategic HR planning and implement initiatives that support long-term business goals Perform in-depth HR audits and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and compliance enhancement Develop, review, and document HR policies, procedures, and process frameworks with accuracy and regulatory alignment Lead stakeholder management across departments to ensure HR strategies are integrated and effectively executed Design and deliver targeted team training programs to build capability and drive performance Establish and monitor KRAs for HR functions to ensure accountability and measurable outcomes Requirements 8+ Years (Experience with Pharma/CRO is mandatory) Proven expertise in HR audits, gap analysis, policy development, and process documentation Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skil...
