Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Preparing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries. Performing bank reconciliations and petty cash management. Monitoring payments and following up on outstanding receivables. Processing supplier invoices and ensuring payments are made on time. Preparing monthly reports and assisting with financial statements. Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documents. Tracking expenses and helping management with financial reporting. Assisting with budgeting and expense control activities. Ensuring all financial information is properly organized and updated. Supporting the team with finance-related tasks whenever required.
