Stakeholder Management: Partnering closely with senior technology and business leaders to understand and fulfill complex organizational needs. Operational Excellence: Leveraging advanced tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and complex Boolean search to optimize the hiring lifecycle. Talent Advisory: Providing market intelligence and compensation benchmarks to internal stakeholders to ensure competitive positioning.
