Job Description
- Provide first-, second-, and third-level technical support to internal users across departments.
- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor and ensure the security, integrity, and availability of company data and systems.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
- Support and troubleshoot enterprise software applications used in CRM, ERP, inventory management, and digital marketing.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
