Require occasional babysitting for two energetic kids

I’m looking for a reliable babysitter for occasional, short notice coverage for my two kids aged 4 and 7. Mostly evenings after school or weekend afternoons. Responsibilities include light snacks, homework help, playtime, and bedtime routines. We value punctuality, a friendly attitude, and experience with children of this age. A quick pre-visit to meet the kids would be great. Non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and able to provide references. Irish setting preferred, and ability to speak English fluently is essential.
