We are looking for a Requirements Management Lead to oversee the governance, quality, traceability and lifecycle management of requirements across a major transformation programme.
Your Day-to-Day
Establish and maintain requirements management processes and standards.
Ensure full traceability of requirements from definition through implementation and testing.
Monitor requirement quality, consistency and completeness.
Manage requirement repositories and documentation frameworks.
Coordinate requirement reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
Assess impacts of requirement changes on scope, budget, risks and timelines.
Prepare reporting and dashboards for governance committees.
Support programme teams in maintaining alignment between requirements and solution delivery.
