Research and Development Specialist

The R&D Specialist supports the development and improvement of food products, formulations, and production processes. This role conducts product testing and evaluations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with food safety standards such as GMP and HACCP. The position is responsible for maintaining technical documentation, monitoring production consistency, inspecting raw materials, and collaborating with R&D, QA, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development and regulatory compliance.
