About the Role
At Westpac, research is more than data, it’s the key to understanding our customers’ needs, behaviours, and emotions. We use these insights to inform strategy, guide decision making, and create meaningful impact across the business. As the Research and Insight Manager, you’ll bring hands‑on experience and an analytical mindset to synthesize available research data, conduct research, identify themes and produce high‑quality market analysis, insights, and recommendations. In this position you will play a key role in driving insights into the business to inform decision making based on deep understanding of the market, customers and the perceptions they have of Westpac. You’ll collaborate closely with a passionate research team and engage with senior stakeholders across the bank to ensure insights are translated into action.
