Research Assistant

Job Overview Works on various phases of human or animal research studies, including data entry, analysis, equipment calibration, preparation of materials, ordering of supplies, and scheduling of experiments. Recruits human subjects for study activities when applicable. Duties vary widely depending on the laboratory assigned and research performed. Major Responsibilities & Duties Assists in the preparation of stimuli and development of appropriate test procedures. Assists in research tool preparation, data collection, and procedures in research studies that may include animals, human subjects, etc. Complies with established safety procedures and maintains required documentation on laboratory and specimen conditions and results.
