Research Assistant

Job Scope

• Gather and analyse research data and feedback from schools and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and evaluation projects.
• Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data according to research protocols.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports.
• Support mid-term and full-term research evaluations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Research, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in research, data analytics, or evaluation projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Familiar with analytical tools such as Tableau and database management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
