Opportunity Description
Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Research Associate - Biology – II for their Santa Monica, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Culture, quality control (QC), and cell banking of diverse solid tumor cell lines
+ Engineer, culture and characterize CAR T cell function in vitro
+ Perform routine laboratory procedures including ddPCR, qPCR, Flow, Luminex/MSD for ELISA and various cell-based immunoassays and biochemical assays
+ Analyze, interpret, and translate results into actionable and tangible findings
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory procedures, experimental designs, and results in compliance with organizational standards; familiarity with Benchling a plus.
+ Design and execute fit-for-purpose or hypothesis-based experiments; analyze and
+ interpret data to support development
+ Communicate effectively research plans and results, in both oral and written form...
