Key Responsibilities

• Culture, QC, and bank solid tumor cell lines.
• Engineer, culture, and characterize CAR-T cells in vitro.
• Perform molecular, cellular, and immunological assays including ddPCR, qPCR, flow cytometry, Luminex/MSD ELISA, and cell-based functional assays.
• Design and execute hypothesis-driven experiments; analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and documentation (Benchling experience preferred).
• Present research findings clearly through written reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple research programs and IND-enabling activities.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, innovative, and team-oriented research environment.
