Research Associate (España)

What You’ll Do

As a Research Associate within BCG’s Global Research Organization, you will provide specialized research support and ensure delivery of accurate and insight‑rich projects with a special focus on Principal Investors & Private Equity. You should be comfortable working with databases and enthusiastic about learning and applying digital tools and capabilities to enhance analytical depth and strategic thinking.

You will display your ability to synthesize data and draw insights in the context of the research ask. In this role, you will be expected to understand the deal environment and how investors evaluate opportunities supporting the PIPE practice area. Over time, you will regularly engage with seniors in the team to gain exposure to our casework and client teams.
