Research Manager

Job Description :

• Set up goals for all team members and regularly review short term plans in liaison with the regional heads of research and sustainability
• Perform bi-annual performance measurement and review process considering the agreed objectives set
• Manage annual budget for research function
• Recruit and training of Agronomists required for the objectives agreed
• Regularly review the methodology being applied in view of observations made during research tours.
• Plan and organize regular research tours in order to estimate the production area using high quality interviews & visual estimation
• Conduct monthly stock surveys and reconcile BS, communicate the findings in the form of well-argued research tour report
• Evaluate the primary and secondary data that will enable an assessment of both current and future production.
