Research Nutrition Technician (The Institute for Clinical and Translational Research) - #Staff

We are seeking a **_Research Nutrition Technician_** who will be an integral part of the nutrition care team of the ICTR's Research Nutrition Program. This position involves computer nutrient analyses of diets, menu planning, anthropometric measurements, instructing and directing patients on research protocols, dosing, moderate cooking, packing out research meals and formula preparation. The technician manages nutrition data of protocols involving pediatric, adult, and outpatient research participants/patients and provides some health coaching. The position reports to the Research Nutrition Core Director and works under the guidance of a supervisor and Research Nutritionists.
