Opportunity Description


Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated Research Officer to support an NMRC-funded research project investigating the molecular mechanisms regulating tumor vascular dysfunction in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with a focus on endothelial signaling pathways.


The successful candidate will provide technical and experimental support in molecular, cellular, and functional studies using in vitro and in vivo model systems.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform mammalian cell culture, including endothelial and cancer cell lines


  • Conduct molecular biology experiments such as gene knockdown, PCR, Western blotting, and immunostaining


  • Support functional assays including angiogenesis and co-culture experiments


  • Assist with microscopy sample preparation and imaging experiments


  • Provide technical support for in vivo tumor model experiments
