Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Research Officer to support an NMRC-funded research project investigating the molecular mechanisms regulating tumor vascular dysfunction in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with a focus on endothelial signaling pathways.
The successful candidate will provide technical and experimental support in molecular, cellular, and functional studies using in vitro and in vivo model systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mammalian cell culture, including endothelial and cancer cell lines
Conduct molecular biology experiments such as gene knockdown, PCR, Western blotting, and immunostaining
Support functional assays including angiogenesis and co-culture experiments
Assist with microscopy sample preparation and imaging experiments
Provide technical support for in vivo tumor model experiments
